Bad Advice For Travlers introduces The Marginal Knight: a character of circumstance, an unfortunate hero, contemptable and virtuous, naiive and selfish, as cowardly and adventurous as all the rest of us. This collection encapsulates the paradoxical stasis of the global pandemic—the competing sense of restlessness and futility—through bouts of personal reflection, and the jarring observations of minutae within an uncertain world. The author presupposes no capacity to provide answers. Instead, in a whimsical, anti travel guide, the questions are allowed room to breathe, and insinuate the possibility not of potential solutions, but potential paths forward.
